"I am very happy with the overall transaction and communication with KGB. All the hardware seems bullet proof and is sure to give me years of adrenaline filled fun.

The 153x43, 140x40 and 130x38 boards are made from 9mm marine ply, they are fiberglassed on the bottom and contain approximately 2cm of rocker. On the top I used 2 component marine paint. Using florescent yellow spray paint I then removed the sheen off the blue marine paint and increased their visibility in water. And of course these guys are finished off with KGB's board components.

Thanks again and hope to see you out on the water."

"My second board with your accessories--141x44cm. The footstraps and pads are very comfy and secure. The fins work great! Easy to edge and get upwind. They dig in well while loading up for a jump. Very pleased--thank you!     Don"

"Thanks for the great footstraps and fast, friendly service! Custom pine board, very light and works great!
I went off the theory that "There is no need to have rocker on a kiteboard as the kite provides more than enough vertical lift to get the board planning and due to the incline riding position, a kiteboard does not need rocker to pass over the chops."  Board is made from a sheet of yellow pine, not plywood, and demensions are 54" x 16" x 3/14". Finish has 3 coats of sealing paint and 3 coats of polyurethane. Tried it without fins but didnt like the feel. Fins added the traction I was looking for.

This website helped me quite a bit. Thanks guys and have a great summer!    Benjamin"

"The board rides very sweet. Its a lightwind machine. I am sometimes the only person on the water when it blows around 9-10knots.
I used a similar fin placement like the Spleene boards. The drawings are all handpainted with acrylics. They feature the Pacific North West Nootka and Coast Salish First nations motives: The Raven, Sun, Moon and Dog Shark."

"Just a couple of pictures of a homemade board from the great white north with your foot straps and handle. Soon as the water softens up will give it a try."
